The project: Mixed use development designed to be an exemplar of sustainable development.  Lying adjacent to the Bath-Bristol cycle path the scheme includes new houses designed specifically for cyclists.  The external works embraces a new square and amphitheatre, podium courtyard with residents’ vegetable beds, ground floor courtyard and a natural play area
